The main mission and objective of this Institution is to produce skilled and trained teachers for providing quality education to the students at the secondary level as per new and expectation of the nation.
This Institution has been contributing facilities for both qualitative and quantitative expansion and promotion of teacher education in the state of Assam.
Consequent of a public move initiated by an elite group of citizens of Dibrugarh for established a Teacher Education Institution at Dibrugarh in 2002, this Teacher Education Institution in the name and style as PARIJAT ACADEMY TEACHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION came into existence at West Milan Nagar, Dibrugarh (Assam) in the year 2004. This was later on recognized by the NCTE vide Order No. ERC/7-6206.3/2005/1452(i) Dated 23rd Nov, 2005 and affiliated to Dibrugarh University vide Order No. DU/RG/DCDC/B.Ed./perm/2006-2007/2181-88 dated 16th Aug, 2006 under provision of the Dibrugarh University Act, 1965 passed by Assam Legislative Assembly. Since then (2006-07) This Institution has been functioning regularly, Now this Institution is managed by a Registered Society named as Parijat Educational Socio-Cultural and Economic Welfare Charitable Society
Education and development are intimately and closely correlated process. Educational Development of the country is reflected in the all round development of the children of the country. Individual development through an all-round growth and development of the inner potentialities of the children of place leads to the upliftment of the social development level of the country as a whole.
The newcomers of the training institute who will ultimately mould and shape the future of the growing children show the future citizens of the country the proper ways of learning, help in building up their bodily faculties as well as mental faculties for proper growth and development.
Our teachers in Parijat Academy Teacher Education Institution try to help the trainee teachers to acquire the art of teaching, learning, help to learn the mechanism of an all-round development of the inner potentials (physical, mental and spiritual) of the growing children.
